However, as you would expect from Just Projects, we do it a bit differently! 

Here’s our promise to the market:

·        Flat fee of 12.5% of TEC (total employment cost).

·       Option to hire as Just Projects contractor first – we call it “try before you buy”.

·        Our guarantee that we will not headhunt your staff   (or cannibalise your team in any way).

·        We only place in the Retail Property sector … that’s our speciality.

Remember we have a significant number of excellent contractors who are keen to acquire full-time opportunities in our sector and we are better placed than other generalist recruiters to know the market and the detailed skill sets and personality types required.
