Gail Monument has worked in the Shopping Centre industry for over 20years, starting as a junior and working through the office to Assistant Centre Manager, Centre Manager and then finally finding her niche in Shopping Centre Marketing.  With the past 15 years being spent in Melbourne, Gail has held a variety of roles, including establishing an opening & ongoing campaign for a greenfield site in North West Melbourne, working with multicultural groups in Western Melbourne, managing property maintenance & marketing for a portfolio of 5 centres and marketing a unique Centre in Melbourne's East that is built over a railway station.  Gail is currently one of Just Projects Marketing Consultants working on Target Centre in the heart of Melbourne, Kingsclere Shopping Centre in Keysborough and Tooronga Village, all part of the Coles Victoria portfolio.
