FRANCINE DOYLE - principal and business owner of Just Projects Queensland (JPQ)
Fran joined the Just Projects team heading our Queensland division on the 1st December 2009. Backed by 25 years experience in the shopping centre industry, Fran comes with a wealth of skill, knowledge and qualifications after working with some of the industries most respected marketplace leaders.
Beginning with Jones Lang LaSalle (previously Wootton) in her younger days, Fran has most recently spent 5 years working with the Stockland Group, 4 of which as the National Manager for Tenancy Delivery. Throughout her career, Fran has gained experience in all aspects of business having been part of both smaller independent companies, such as Pharjay Pty Ltd and Paragon group as well as multinationals including Multiplex and Challenger.
Fran enjoyed the challenge of being in the front line as Centre Manager, a position she filled in various centres for 19 years. Fran’s passion lay in working so closely with the shareholders, experiencing their day to day activities and that of an operating property. Throughout her tenure, Fran worked across a number of property classifications including Neighbourhood, Sub-Regional, Regional, Major Regional, City Centre and Bulky Goods centres.
Responsible for the creation and implementation of national Retail and Commercial Procedures for both Mulitplex and Stockland, Fran had great satisfaction in entire process from generation to training staff in their use and compliance. Due to her varied contributions both to the industry and the environment, Fran has been recognized by Keep Australia Beautiful Council, Property Council of Australia NSW, Mr Bob Hawk, Mr Nick Griener, Mr John Howard and most recently the NSW State Government.
Regardless of the task at hand, Fran always gives 110%. She is committed, operates with integrity and is very loyal. Fran believes that it is necessary to respect and enjoy the people we work with and for, assist in growing the companies who put their faith in us to perform our roles, then admire and reap the rewards that comes with our successes. Her common saying for those who know her well is: TIME IS MONEY, CASH IS KING and to this day, she has found no words to be truer. After recently suffering a major loss in her life (Fran's Father passing away to cancer 2 days after being diagnosed) Fran re-evaluated her life and that of her family. Wanting to stay in the shopping centre industry, the industry she loves, Fran now supports the most valuable of all assets - our people.

SUSAN JONES is our creative heartbeat. Susan is a graphic artist by trade and provides the creative solutions to the specific issues and needs, (and budgets), of each centre. She is the guardian of the centre’s positioning, look and feel and ensures that we maintain the integrity of this positioning in all of our marketing efforts. Susan’s skill and expertise is apparent in not only the printed materials that are produced but also the total ambience of all marketing activities from window dressing, casual leasing support to full centre stage presentations. Susan sustains the marketing and promotional calendars and timelines to ensure that all promotions are brought together within the correct lead times and avoiding the costs and errors that emerge from operating under unnecessary time pressures.
