Sue Ballesty is one of our Marketing Consultants.  Sue came to Just Projects with over 15 years experience in the marketing industry commencing with a media advertising role in the Illawarra before moving into the shopping centre arena some 10 years ago. Most recently she has completed successful centre launches for Multiplex, Lend Lease and Westfield, prior to which she held senior marketing manager roles with Savills at nine different shopping centres throughout NSW and QLD.

Sue has a disciplined and strategic marketing mind with the important skill set of managing multiple tasks at any one time and overseeing delivery of a detailed marketing and promotional plan.

Belinda Burgess is one of our Marketing Consultants.  She comes to Just Projects with a broad experience in the Retail Marketing industry.  Commencing her career on the Grace Bros Graduate Management Program, Belinda went on to hold a variety of Business Manager positions in fashion and homewares in both S.A and NSW.  It was a natural progression for her to move into Shopping Centre Management some 9 years ago as Marketing Manager of The Myer Centre Adelaide.   After moving to Sydney permanently in 1998 she has continued to work in the Marketing arena, both as a consultant and most recently as Marketing Manager of St Ives Shopping Village.

Belinda has a creative and strategic marketing mind with the important skill set of managing multiple tasks at any one time and overseeing delivery of a detailed marketing and promotional plan.

Kim Campbell is the Just Projects Marketing Manager.   She has a wealth of marketing expertise and experience, including a number of marketing management roles with Sydney Airport Corporation, one of the largest retail centres in Australia. Along with her finely tuned retail marketing ability, Kim's experience includes event management, brand development and corporate communications.

A recipient of a State Award for Marketing Excellence, Kim adds value to all client retail events and promotions with a truly focused and professional approach. Her drive for success and strong organisation skills ensures every retail promotion is delivered on time whilst exceeding both stakeholder and customer expectations.

Amanda Cazalet is one of our marketing consultants. Prior to joining Just Projects Amanda spent many years in a successful sales and marketing role in the retail environment. Along with delivering the marketing program for one of our key clients, Raine & Horne Commercial, she assists the head and state offices in coordinating the recruitment services around the country.

 

  Lucia Eman is one of our marketing consultants.  Prior to joining Just Projects, Lucia spent many years in various marketing roles within the retail environment.

Commencing her career in 2002 with National Photographic Company Rabbit Photo as the National Marketing and Merchandise Assistant, moving into the role of National Marketing Manager.

She then moved into FMCG Giant Woolworths Supermarkets in August 2004 holding a variety of postions within the marketing department - Private Label Packaging & Design Co-ordinator, to Brand & Advertising Co-ordinator as well as relief duties for sponsorship and Woolworths Magazines.

In February of 2008 Lucia joined the Just Projects team for a short stint as Marketing Manager of West Ryde/Thornleigh & Pemulwuy Marketplace.

Moving into a Marketing and Communications role with Amber group only to come back to Just Projects team as Marketing Manager for Campsie Centre in July 2008.
 

Kim McCarthy is our "Fillers & Recruitment Co-ordinator". She assists the team in co-ordinating the fillers and recruitment roles around the country. After spending 2 years with Just Projects as Administration Manager, Kim is well positioned to ensure our clients and contractors get the best possible service at all levels.

Peter McGill has the responsibility to provide a full recruitment service to the Shopping Centre Sector. Peter has a degree in Economics from Sydney University with a major in Accounting, he is an experienced Manager having been CEO of 2 Public Companies and has spent 20 years in Retail and provided his expertise to a number of Industries including Huxley Homes, CSR, Village Road Show and Publishing & Broadcasting Limited. Peter has worked in USA, UK, Manila, Hong Kong & New Zealand, he has exceptional people skills and prides himself on being able to assess the best people for the required position. During a period of 5 years with Alexander Proudfoot as a Chief Analyst, (an American Productivity Consultancy), Peter was exposed to a variety of Industries including those that were Property & Retail related.

Nicole McKenna is the Business Manager for Just Projects.  Nicole has over 11 years experience in the property industry. During her career she gained a vast knowledge of retail, strata and residential property throughout NSW. Prior to having her son, Nicole's most recent role was Centre Manager of Chullora Marketplace. Nicole is well known for her attention to detail and accuracy in respect to all aspects of centre management and in particular figures.
Susan Pernia joined the Just Projects Team after 7 years in marketing roles in Australian shopping centres. Prior to this she obtained a BA in Marketing in Ireland  (December 1999) where she also worked full time.

Her marketing roles have spanned many centres in the west of Sydney including well Neeta City, Liverpool Megacentre and Fairfield Forum.  She has a reputation for building strong working relationships with all stakeholders, from building owners to the retailers. Sound organisational skills and a view that nothing is impossible has lead to increases in customer traffic and spending, leading to an increase in property value in each Centre.

Jeremy Prestoe is the Principal and started the company after 7 years with Lend Lease. At this time he recognised a growing niche in the retail property sector for outsourcing of Marketing and specialist shopping centre project work and set up the company to cater to this need.

Jeremy has a Marketing Degree and an MBA (AGSM) and learnt the marketing trade with some of Australia's blue chips including National Mutual and McDonald's. His seven years at Lend Lease included managing significant regional centres, namely Bankstown Square and Erina Fair. Jeremy is a regular featured lecturer at the PCA shopping centre courses and is a contributing writer to Shopping Centre News and Marketing Matters.

Linda Screnci is one of our senior marketing consultants. With almost 14 years experience in the marketing industry, Linda spent 7 years working for Savills as a marketing manager for Birkenhead Point, North Sydney ShoppingWorld and most recently Ashfield Mall. During her time at Savills, she was heavily involved in developing and implementing redevelopment marketing strategies for the centres. Early in her career, Linda spent more than 2 years at the Queen Victoria Building in marketing & promotions. Linda is also a recipient of a NSW for Marketing Excellence Award and her marketing experience spans outside the shopping centre industry with roles in training, recruitment and finance organisations. Her experience coupled with her strong work ethic and qualifications makes Linda a core part of the JP Outsourced Marketing team.

 

David Spies joined the Just Projects team in July 2008 on a part time basis; having spent the last 2 years with our sister company Just Promotions as a Marketing Assistant. David takes on the Marketing Management of Eastlakes Shopping Centre and Henry Deane Plaza. He brings with him exciting ideas and enthusiasm, and exceptional promotional skills, having been responsilbity for developing and implementing the marketing and new business strategies for Just Promotions. David is currently in the final year of completing his Business/Marketing Management degree at the University of Western Sydney.
 
  Anne Warner is one of our marketing consultants joining Just Projects in July 2008.  She is the Marketing Manager for Galleria in Melbourne. Prior to joining Just Projects, Anne spent 2 years with the Frankston Council successfully driving the Marketing for the Frankston CBD retail precinct. Anne Warner has worked in the shopping centre industry for over 15 years. She has extensive Marketing Management experience having worked on portfolios for Byvan Management, Centro, FPD Savills and the Warner Group. Anne's key strengths include her ability to develop and implement retail marketing strategies ensuring a positive result for clients and all stakeholders.
