About Us

Just Projects was originally established in 1998 as an outsourced project management agency aimed at providing a specialist retail property team to owners, agents and property managers.

With the continuous change in the retail property sector over recent years, Just Projects has been able to assist many of the major players in a number of specific areas including developement and implementation of marketing strategies and plans, grand opening launches, refurbishment projects, pre-sale and post developement clean-up, lease administration support including MRI training, Opex and Tenancy schedule reconciliation's, "in-fill" centre management and more.

We only work on shopping centres and retail precincts.  All of our team are experienced and qualified specialists from operational centre environments.

Our new name 'Just Projects' was created in 2000 to better reflect the diversity of our offering to the retail property sector.

The company is split into six distinct delivery portfolios servicing the retail property industry; they are:

• Provision of project marketing services for the launch and ongoing marketing of shopping centres.
• Full service design and production team for all creative requirements.
• Provision of short, medium or long term Centre Management ‘contractors’ (all positions on the Centre Management team).
• Specialist short-term projects and trouble shooting in the retail property sector.
• Full recruitment service.
• Industry training services.
